1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using any TrustSend share link you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including files uploaded and links shared. Keep your password private. Accounts may be suspended or banned if they are used for abuse.
3. Acceptable use
Do not upload or share malware, phishing pages, stolen data, content you do not have the rights to, or anything illegal where you live. Do not attempt to overload, probe or bypass our rate limits and security controls.
4. Fair use and upload limits
There is currently no cap on the number of uploads per account, with a maximum of 5 GB per file. We may introduce a fair-use cap at any time; when it is active you will see it on this page and receive a notification whenever you reach it. Attempting to work around such limits may lead to suspension.
5. Files, links and expiry
Files are stored exactly as uploaded. You choose whether a link is public, password protected, and when it expires. Expired or deleted files are retained for a short moderation window before permanent removal.
6. Moderation
Anyone can report a file. Staff may review reported files, disable links, remove content and warn, suspend or ban accounts. Reports are handled in the order they arrive.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is. Maintenance windows and status updates are published on our status page.
8. Changes
These terms may change. Continuing to use TrustSend after a change means you accept the updated terms.
