Every file type is allowed. Files are stored exactly as uploaded — no compression, no conversion.
The technical ceiling is 5 GB per file. Administrators can set a lower limit for the whole site; if your upload is refused the page tells you the current limit.
Large files stream straight to storage. Keep the tab open and check your connection, then retry — partial uploads are discarded automatically.
Yes. Drop as many files as you like; up to three transfer at the same time and each one shows its own speed, progress and a cancel button.
The bytes are in storage and the file record is being created. It only lasts a moment; do not close the tab.
Every file gets an unguessable link the moment it is uploaded. That link stays the same for the life of the file unless you reset it.
Yes. Open the three-dot menu on the file and choose 'Reset share link'. A new link is created and the old one stops working immediately.
Switch the file to private in your dashboard, or set an expiry date. Both take effect instantly for every visitor.
Yes — open the file menu and set a password. You can change or remove it at any time.
A direct download link hands the raw file to any client or bot; a direct preview link renders it inline, which is ideal for embeds.
That was an old bug and it is fixed: links now re-check the real expiry date and repair themselves. If it still happens, message the admins from the contact page.
Yes. Create a folder, move files into it and share the folder link — visitors see every public file inside.
1 hour, 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, a custom date, or never.
It disappears from your list and stops serving at once. It is held briefly in retention before being wiped from storage permanently.
Yes — select files with the checkboxes in your file list and use the bulk delete button.
Yes. When you delete a folder you choose 'folder only' (files stay in your library) or 'folder and its files'.
On the sign-in page choose 'Forgot password' and enter your email. A reset link arrives in your inbox.
Open the Account page. Warnings, restrictions and your profile details are all listed there, and you also get a notification when anything changes.
An administrator may have restricted your account. The Account page shows which actions are blocked and the reason given.
Files live in private storage and are only served through short-lived signed links. Nothing is public unless you make it public.
Create a folder from the Folders page, then move files into it from any file's menu. A folder has its own share link that lists every public file inside.
Yes. Add one when you create the folder or edit it later. The description shows on the folder page and in the link preview when the folder link is pasted into a chat app.
You choose: delete the folder only, and the files stay in your library, or delete the folder together with everything inside it.
Yes. Each folder shows its file count, and your dashboard shows a total folder count alongside your other stats.
Yes. Images, video, audio, PDFs and text render directly on the share page. Anything else offers a download.
Open the preview and press the full-screen button. You can then zoom and pan around images.
Share links carry a title, description and — for public images — a preview picture. Password-protected and private files never expose a picture.
Press 'Select files' above your list. Checkboxes appear so you can tick items, select all, clear the selection or delete everything you picked.
Yes — newest, oldest or largest first, plus a search box to find a file by name.
Yes. Open the file's menu, choose details, and edit the name and description. The description appears in the link preview.
Uploads that finish, warnings or restrictions on your account, replies from admins, reports you filed, and anything staff broadcast to everyone.
Long titles scroll across the box and long messages have a 'Show more' link so you can expand them.
Open the Contact admins page and send a message. You get an instant automatic reply with a Help Center link, and a staff reply follows — staff messages are clearly marked as TrustSend Admin.
It answers from this Help Center only. If something is outside it, it will tell you and point you to the admins.
Your account details, your files and their settings, and activity records such as uploads, downloads and reports. The Privacy page lists this in full.
Deleted and expired files sit in a short retention window so staff can restore a mistake, then they are wiped from storage. Admins can also clear retention immediately.
Only you. Staff do not browse private files — a file is only opened by staff if it has been reported for abuse or you ask support to check it. Staff do see file records (name, size, date, link state) for moderation. We never sell your files or personal information, and we do not share them with advertisers. Files are never served publicly and every download goes through a short-lived signed link.
Open the share link and press 'Report file'. Choose a reason, add details and, if you want a reply, your email address.
Moderators are alerted immediately. If you are signed in you get a confirmation in your notifications, and another one when the report has been reviewed.
Malware, phishing and illegal content reports are reviewed first and a link can be disabled within minutes.
Pick the route that matches your issue.
Open the share link, press Report and choose “Malware or virus”. Harmful files are reviewed first.
Report it with the reason “Phishing or scam”. Add the site or message that sent you the link if you can.
Report the file with “Copyright infringement” and add proof of ownership plus your contact email in the details box.
Use Report with “Illegal content”. These alert staff immediately and the link can be disabled within minutes.
Report the link with the reason “Spam” so the uploader can be rate limited or suspended.
Send the share link, the reason and your contact details through the contact page. Requests are handled in order.
Ask through the contact page with the exact links involved. The Privacy page lists what we store and for how long.
Tell the admins the page address, what you did and the time it happened, so the error can be traced in the logs.
Anything that does not fit the list: use the contact page if you have an account, or pick “Other” when reporting a file.
